Course Objectives:
The course objective is to demonstrate tools and resources to
create a creditable, supportable appraisal report using
Artificial Intelligence and innovative hardware tools available today.
1. Review the recent history of AI and how it’s developing appraisal-related knowledge.
2. Demonstrate how to use modern AI sources to provide research and verification research.
3. Review the many AI resources and which to avoid or use cautiously.
4. Discuss the difference between a “search engine” and an “AI Inquiry.”
5. Review proper query protocol, allowing for a productive subject thread.
6. Review and show innovative tools available, making appraisal development easier and faster without sacrificing quality.
7. Provide and review many hardware, software, and AI sources to support the subjects and topics discussed in this course.
